I did have a new apple id already but I only have one device, and the dominations game that I'm playing always load my old game of old game center. I tried to delete the game and re-download but it always load the old game even I loged out the old game center in setting. any idea?

Did you Sign in to your new Apple ID in Setings -> Game Center?

New Game with new Game Center account? Just create a new apple id then and login to Game Center from Settings.

Actually, you'll know you're banned when you can't open the game. Getting Industrial Age before it's out also causes issues with your account.

Of course they won't release it as soon as 8.4 comes out, they'll have to add 8.4 Jailbreak too.

 

Now some news say that 8.4 is coming out late June and not tomorrow. We'll have to wait and see!

So, I'm debating about whether or not to upgrade to 8.3 while I can because I feel like there will be a lot of tweaks updated for 8.3 and not 8.2b2. And if I'm on 8.3 and somethig really good comes out I'll be able to get it but I don't want to risk my current jailbreak.
