      I don’t understand the issue of him just trying to get help on “Purchasing VIP” he probably didn’t know how to go through the process sounds like a normal question to me.

      I also need help I recently purchased “VIP 3 month subscription” via PayPal using Gumroad i still don’t have VIP I also have the receipt. How can I get my purchase to be approved? and how long would it take?
