Settlement items are server sided so don’t use cheats on them

they didn't spawn at all. Not until i switched off the unlock chests mod and they just appeared.

I need to build a refined melting furnace but I already have one placed and leveled up to lvl 2. I can destroy or pick it up even after emptying it. I don’t know what to do
