Link to kefir and than download original version of game and sign into kefir again and it will give you restore data prompt

Turn off all cheats when doing story quests (wait for bunker reset to try again)

I solved the problem, but now another one has appeared. The mission is stuck at the point of "walking down the corridor"

Settlement items are server sided so don’t use cheats on them

they didn't spawn at all. Not until i switched off the unlock chests mod and they just appeared.
