Hi, Welcome to IOSGods. 

Firstly if you're talking about locked topics/Hacks. You can't unlock them. They are locked because they do not work anymore. 
You need to be VIP for checking out VIP Hacks in the VIP Cheats section. 
If you're talking about checking out the Hidden content on the hacks then you need to reply to the hack, just like you posted here or you can see the "Hidden content" by pressing the "Thanks" button aswell   it should show you the hidden content.
