Help/Support Restoring data from on monthly idol

I downloaded monthly idol before but it was a different version. I got up to like level 57 or something but now that I’ve downloaded the latest version hack, all my data has vanished and I don’t know how to retrieve it back. My ranking on Game centre suggests that my level 57 account is still intact but I can’t access it.i know that the ranking suggests this coz my ranking is in the thousands and I made sure the account was good. Furthermore millions of people play the game so if I had a newbie account, my ranking would be in the millions. Please help!!

What happens if you try to login using the original game? Downloaded from the App Store?

Look like you deleted the game and installed latest version, you don't need to delete the game, just install latest one on iosgods app and it will automatically overwrite so your save data won't lost.

 tried it and unfortunately data didn’t restore and you can’t login the game to get the save data because apparently the data is saved in your backups and it should restore. Also followed instruction on how to restore the data on the monthly idol game itself and it was vague and unhelpful.

I got the same problem. I didnt delete the game, and downloaded the new version. When I opened it, my characters are not showing. It was just a white rectangular cutout. And the language was korean. The face, hair and clothes are not showing too.

I changed my phone from android to ios and i was super high in level and everything with monthly idol but now i cant find my saved game anymore and i cant restore it please help
