You will need a computer in order to do this and iTunes.

- Head over to this site: https://betaprofiles.com and scroll down till you see iOS 13 - iOS Beta Profile.

Spoiler

- Tap on IPSW and download the version that matches your iDevice.

Spoiler

- Connect your iDevice to your computer and open up iTunes.

- Navigate to the screen where you can see your iDevice information.

- Hold down the SHIFT key and click on Update.

- Search for the ISPW you just downloaded and double-click on it.
