It’s been over 7 months I haven’t been able to use the app. Many of us haven’t and yet you continue to charge? My app just renewed. Shouldn’t you pause charging until we are able to use your product? Are we getting all the months that we haven’t been able to use the app that we have been paying for credited to us?
