I heard that iAPCracker and iAP Crazy were supposed to work with Appsync installed. Haven't confirmed but not gonna update to test

According to Saurik, Cydia Substrate works, it's the Jailbreak that's broken. TaiG is expecting to release an update later on today so wait for that in order for everything else to work. Including LocalIAPStore/iAPCrazy and AppSync.
