This does make sense. I just hate when an app won’t work after you’ve played it all night and now you cannot download it again because of a limit. But being social with people doesn’t hurt. Lol maybe people are really THAT lazy..?

The only reason why I'd feel pressured to buy VIP is to request an app I use to be updated quicker. Even then, while it sorta sucks it sometimes takes a week or more between an update to the app and the hack, like people have lifes and also plenty of other apps to update as well.
