Help/Support Can not use the same game account on ios as android.

So, i have played a game for a long time and i recently got myself an iphone. When i try to login on my account i can't. the game is the same and im able to see and communicate with the others that were with me on android. what im saying is that everyone is on the same server. but i can't access the account i created on android.

How can i fix this?

The game is named Pirate arena on ios and Magic crew on android.

You should contact the developers of that game to assist you. We can't do anything unfortunately but they'll be able to explain.

If it's truly the same game and server, you should be able to sync your Android account to Facebook and then on iOS login using that Facebook account and it should load your data.

This will only work if Facebook is supported though, which it is on most games.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to do what DiDA said, contact the Devs.

The devs are the most retarded people on earth. they use google translate to communicate to the players of the game. that is why i asked here. lets hope someone around here knows something.
