Don't ask for rank, you got to work like you want to help out instead of doing nothing. For example, @Klepto and worked very hard to get Moderator rank for long time and many others in the moderation group.

 

Being online for few hours doesn't show that you wanted to help out, it is more like you want a rank to get cheats or stuff like that.

Polite, well thats a good thing.

Also being "sexism' doesn't look good. Why? Because there are girls in moderatortion group. It doesn't matter if you are girl or boy etc etc.
