I keep getting error 1 on the iBackupbot. I've turned off the find my phone and made sure no restore is active (by restarting my phone). I can't even restore my backup via itunes (it says the phone disconnected). Does anyone have any advise on this?

Hey I have an problem the screen is stuck on  Restore Device on Computer and the elapsed time ,estimated time and remaining time is all unknown and 0

It doesn't work anymore with iOS 11 un-jailbroken, any new ideas?

by the way, for people who are getting the Disconnected device error, just restart both PC and phone and it should get well. if that doesn't work try to backup the device again and restore it from the same backup. That worked for me at least
