I don't think this will work with csr classics/racing. Strangely, on my brothers jailbrokwn iPhone SE on iOS 9.3.3, localiapstore works like a charm while say freedom for Android doesn't work. Strange

I'm getting error code -1 as well.

Tried to restore using iTunes, but I'm getting error there too.

I'm on 10.0.0.3

I think the problem is iBackupBot.  The backup file seems to get corrupted when edited by it.

Hey! I get an "Error Occurred, error code: -1" message.
