I need help on how to install hacks from here onto my iPhone. I have an iPhone 5 running on iOS 10.3.3. Are there any game hacks that I can download. If so, how can I do it?

u only can install and use 32bit hack since iPhone 5 is 32bit devices.

if hack only 64bit, you cannot use.
