Hell back on ios6 there WAS a fully functional windows computer app (The UI also made it look as a PC)that could even sync to your desktop

 

some one needs to bring that back....

Samsung's TouchWiz is full of bloatware though. If you can get the iPhone 6 (which should be the same price as the Note 3), get it. It's worth the upgrade from the 5a.
