General App to just finding new friends?!

I just search an App were I can chat with or met new people in my town. I know any serious apps, only these date and flirt apps, but that isn't what I'm actually searching for. I just want to make friends in my near neighbourhood. I know there are some other ways to find friends but in a big town its nearly impossible to know the people 2 or 3 houses away from you, 'cause there sooo many people and most of the time you don't see the most of them. So I just want friends who are really near to me, so I can have a nice breakfast at my neighbour for example. So did you know some apps where a few of my neighbours could be online?

 

I just find an app (newfaces.io) which looks like what I'm searching for but it's only for android... and there is no iOS app out there so hope you can help me!
