Edit: won't work if you're trying to max Raiden or Jade. The challenge will disappear, but you can do their towers with the glitch. You can max out Kintaro though.

Best part about this glitch is you can max out any challenge character too. If you complete towers 1-4 on Jades challenge. You can start the glitch by going to tower 5. The game will allow you to keep “completing” the tower.

Here's a tip to build on this. 

• Beat tiers 1, 2, 4 and 5
• In tier 3, go all the way to 12/12
• Purchase the skip, then continue and quickly quit 

Doing this will give you not only the souls from tier 3, but also the 54 souls and 27K gold for selling the extra card.

Rinse and repeat.
