Open Cydia and add this repo: http://system.in-appstore.com/repo/

2. Search for: LocalIAPStore and install it

3. Respring

4. Open Settings, scroll down to ''LocalIAPStore" and TURN ON "Enabled" & TURN OFF "Generate custom receipt"

5. Run instaBoom

6. Buy whatever you want

7. Apple ID/Touch ID will pop up, just click "Cancel''

Update: The iap went through just fine. I bought the X 9000 coins and it went through. I bought it twice. I went to promote a picture for 5000 likes, and the app crashed.

 

I launched it again and my coins went back to 0. I go back to the store and the max coins I can buy now is X 300 coins.

 

But the picture is being promoted for 5000 likes, so I suppose, overall, it did work.

after bought the max amount of coins promote all you can for the coins then kill the app from taskbar and go ind again an buy the coins and promote and just keep doing that to promote all your pictures
