Wouldn’t know, I simply use AppsManager to clear the cache and it seems to be sufficient as my ban goes away

Thought this is common, coz ive been doing this for i dont know how long... and not just Pubg. it works for every game that i tried it too... 

just wipe it with appmanager n it should be fine. U dont have to do all those extra steps. But make sure u have a back up first tho. 

U can do those extra steps if it didnt work on the game you’re trying to reset.
