Help/Support Toca Life: World app crashes immediately after opening

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with Toca life: World currently. Today I've installed it on my jailed iPad Air 2 (10.3.3) using the iOSGods app. However when opening it once finished it always seems to crash. I have tried changing my region like suggested, restarted the iPad and also re-downloading the app but the same problem still occurs. 

What should I do?

Do you have any crash logs from the app? They're found in Settings - Privacy - Analytics Data - APPBINARYNAME.xxxxx?
