Iapfree is not possible for Android, since I tried already. However, I do know a way to hack # of items and experience level, and doing those will not get you banned. Honestly, caps are useless right now since belAZ was removed from the store, but you still get banned for modifying them on Android.

The previous modded APKs have 500-600k caps on its save data, even after they removed belAZ from the store, but you can still buy guns and other necessities if you don't want to scavenge for them. 

It would be cool too if we can get supplies from traders without actually trading in our resources.
