Question, I have issues where the enemy gets the 0 skill cool down as well and the it makes them unbeatable as they keep self reviving, or sheilding or they have some move that gives them an extra turn and they keep getting extra turns so nothing else happens. Is there a way around that?

use monster with skill up cooldown skill enemy , thats make enemy cant use their skill with no cooldown

If your talking about monster like theomars and others that revive, you need to use monsters that block revive. Tesarion, Water Anubis, Water Canaon Girl, are some of the top of my head. Quick qoogle search would help.

Another option is what the other guy said. Even if you delay enemy cooldown by just 1 turn you can block their unlimited skills

it works for the enemy to come back to life, but not for those who have a skill giving a turn directly like Rakan, unfortunately I ended up making myself a reason even if it blocks some level of the TOA. I still have not figured out how to work around this limit. Can you change a few things in the settings to reduce the delay to one round rather than none or the enemy does not use this skill to infinity ? simple question

Actually my problem with the wind Oracle she got high spd and inf skill use for her 2d
