Being jailbroken or not is also a factor and that's what the person was requesting.

They said nothing about VIP and being VIP makes no difference if you can't get/have jailbreak.
Only people who have an active working jailbreak have a working mod atm.

The jailbroken version of the mod has been updated but it requires the vip subscription to access it.
However having JUST vip doesn't do any good if the user doesn't have (or able to get) jailbreak.
Therefore those who have vip but no jailbreak can't utilize their subscription so we're stuck waiting for the update to the non-jb version even though we have purchased vip.

You don't have access to the mod because you have not got access to the vip content with your current status.

If you were to purchase the correct vip subscription you would be able to utilize the jailbroken mod that's been updated to the current game version.
