Help/Support cydia impacter help

hello I recently found game dev tycoon jailed with cheats ipa on here method using cydia impacter. ive used this once befor with success a long time ago it needed updating so I did I generated my app id password but get the following error messesages "file: provision.ccp;line 81; what:  ios/addappid =9313 the "network extensions" feature is only available to users in apple dev prog. visit ……. to enrol.  

or "file: calender.ccp; line 108; what:    _assert(gmtime_r(&seconds' &tm) == &tm)

 

am I doing it wrong or am I just out of luck?

I have tried a number of other apps with cydia impacter 1 witch got stuck on verifydevice.(some thing) one devive not supported and other unsusesfull attempts how ever I found one stardew vally. witch would confirm it can work but will not any ideas? also it is the file calender error whn tring game dev not file extention that was caused by running it without actualy dragging the ipa over

Update your impactor and re-download ipa again, if you still see the network extension error then probably you need apple dev account. I will try to contact @DiDA make it easy install

@Laxus thank you I did update and reinstall impacter and redownloaded ipa a few times but still same error line 108
