@Archangel04 sorry it took so long, was waiting for maintenance to finish. I’ve confirmed it works. My theory was correct. I had offloaded the app months ago, and when I “redl’d” it, I assumed the update was accounted for. It wasn’t. So I manually updated and voila, works now. Apologies for the headache, but hope this helps someone else in case they run into my circumstance.

Haha sorry bro I'm a forefoghter at work and we been busy all night I was half asleep....  the 2.0 update  does not work and the auto update just says fail for each one
