Hey I was wondering if there was any way to update ios 8.1 to 8.3 without computer I would like to unjailbreak too

I don't think so. You'll need iTunes since OTA Update has been disabled for you.

As far as I know you can't. Since OTA is disabled as DiDa explained. But you can do something smart and easy, like I did a year back on my Iphone 5s when my pc was broken. Go down to a local library PC with internet. Install Itunes, plugin your phone and restore/update and remove the JB.
