Help/Support Cannot enable hacks

I had recently installed a hack from 

However, when I tried to log in with my account and password and clicked the sign in button to enable the hack, nothings happened(I am still in the sign in page)

ios: 10.3.3(Uses doubleh3lix to jailbreak)

Press cancel top left.

 

Do not press “I understand”instead force close app from app switcher. Restart app

Doesn't work. Still, I am unable to sign in. However, I am surprise I am able to sign in through safari but not from the app that I want to install the hack to.

I tried also. Still not working.

Also its not allowing me to verify the ipa's

They finally got it fixed. U can sign in now. However, when u click the sign in button after u enter ur display name and password, u will see the sign in button do the pop out animation and then u will have to wait 10-20 seconds
