General I need a quick favor from anyone on iOS 12

I need GarageBand which now requires iOS 12, and I didn’t download it before the update which forced it to require iOS 12. AppAdmin is also not working. 

So I need someone to make a throwaway Apple ID and get GarageBand on their iOS 12 device then send me the Apple ID info.

Why don't you look for an earlier version of the IPA that still works with iOS 11?

Ive tried app admin. But apple changed the App Store to where you can’t download apps that aren’t from your Apple ID anymore

You can re-sign the IPA with your own developer certificate if you've got one. You can sign up for a free account but the certificate will last only 7 days and you'd have to re-sign the app every 7 days. Or you can spend 100$ and become a developer and sign it for a year.

Get the GarageBand.ipa and use Cydia impactor to get it on your device
