Help/Support what do I do with the gdb value I get from doing i r

so what im doing is trying to break point on a defuse bomb function basically when you defuse a bomb it should say 1
  my break point hit'd and I got my value which is 1  = x9     0x3 1 <-- value

 and when I defused another bomb I got my value 2 = x9    0x3 2 <-- second value

and when I defused another bomb I got my value 3 = x9    0x3 3 <-- third value

what is X9 and how do I put it to use?

x9 is the register you gotta mod in IDA. Isn't that obvious

but I don't see X9 
and the ADD  W8, W8, W20 is what I set breakpoints on ted2

ohh so that means I have to modify the  ADD     W8, W9, W20 at 0x100061598
