Do this hack work for iOS9  JB 32bit iDevice ?

I'm using iPhone 5, I have already install the deb ( I can see it in cydia ), but I can't find any cheat icon in idevice setting menu, so I can't tap this cheat on.

Do I need to install In-game mod menu before install your deb?

Please help
