I think there have a problem with iPhone X

No no vpn mayby in setting of safari i have ad blocker JavaScript enabled 

ill disable ad blocker 

but chrome and firefox same problem

well there might be a fix, for safari plus ho to download addons, do you have enhanced downloads on?

is there a problem with your internet? sometimes it doesn't let me download files unless i use a vpn

and yeah turn off adblocker and see if it works

to me it looks like its either being blocked or there's no option to open it but ive not had that before.

1.

try disabling adblock and if that doesn't work try using a vpn to download as your ips might be blocking it

2.

go to safari plus, download addons and turn on enhanced downloads if you haven't already and you should be prompted with an option menu to download it
