Help/Support Error While Jailbreaking: P0sixpwn says you don't have latest version of iTunes

I am trying to jail brake my ipod touch 4g ios 6.1.6 

Itunes version 11

redsn0w and p0sixs keep saying that I need to downgrade ios any help??

Install itunes version 11 then try to jailbreak

You are not supposed to use the actual latest version of iTunes when a jailbreak program tells you that. With newer iTunes version they deleted the drivers you need for jailbreaking. Use an older version of iTunes below 12.1

no not downgrade ios but itunes says I need itunes 11 for p0 and itunes 10 for red and I have tried both and non worked

Go with iTunes 12.0.1
