Help/Support Itunes alternative to do custom backups

h, ii want to do a backup from my old 6s to transfer it on my new X, but id like to backup specific apps and not everything. i noticed there is an app called copytrans shelbee but ofc there is no serial anywhere. anyone knows other similar apps? with custom backup?

iMazing it’s pretty great for all those types of things and you can backup specific apps, music, pictures, ...
