Having trouble in hacking

    Okay so I'm new in hacking I've learned to use IDA PRO a little and tried hack some game according to @ZahirSher I started with plants vs zombies 

    but the problem is I'm having trouble in offsets somehow I found the right offsets 

    ADD r1, r0

    mov r1, #

    or wrong offsets I'm not sure but how to understand these mov and add str xref and how to change them with the right value 

    need help
