Are you doing it on Windows or Mac? 

Theres a solution 

if you’re on Windows, download 7zip

then open the IPA with 7zip archive

then double click the payload and search for “file.plist” , right click it and Edit it

look for: SupportedDevices and when you see something like this <string:iPhone10,6:string>

all you gotta do is change the “10,6” to your current device number

it could be 9,4 or 9,2 (7plus) or 10,3 (X)

 

When you’re done editing the file save it and close it then try again
