How do you find the actual mod menu? Cannot see it

 

EDIT: managed to get it to appear. But even when I select certain mods they don’t seem to take affect all enemy’s show as 0 health but take a lot of shots to kill

I play a match and god mode works and i don't lose any HP. Then maybe 1 or 2 games after that i lose HP even though God Mode is still enabled. I tried resetting it after every match but still nothing. It works randomly and since i don't see any other reaction i am not sure what's wrong.

Edit: Infinite Ammo works everytime though
