I have tested the cheat on my six iPads, and the features never work when all are checked. I do have luck when I  don't enable the three "disable" features. Even then, the cheat is only effective for two attacks. I then reboot the game and the god mode, ohk, and infinite ammo work again. It appears to me your cheat is partially patched on your updates. I could be wrong.
