You should uninstall the hacked version of the game and install the official one from app store. That is what I did to get it to go through. Just make sure your game is backed up

If you are trying to make in app purchase yes you have to delete the modded app and download the original app from the App Store. Make sure your Game is synced with a Game Center account. Make whatever purchase you want to. Don’t open them from your inbox. Delete the original app and then install the hacked version. Restore your account which is linked to the Game Center and then open the items from your inbox. It will multiply to 10000!
