I too got banned, but after 7 days I was able to access the game again and they kept my progress that I have put in before the ban.

never ever used any of the cheats in leaderboards or in multiplayer and always force quit the app before launching multiplayer. 

 

 

Even if you play the events, you get banned. There is no Anti Ban game and they will be notified under any circumstances
