Well i'm following dida's tutorial and when i declare theos variable using the provided commands nothing happens. the same goes on if i try to get theos on my windows pc using ubuntu, variable command doesn't effect anything

Alright that might be the case on ios but ubuntu it has to show something since i showed what happened to dida on his ubuntu topic and he told me i didn't declare the variable

okay i finally made it through and made theos work on ubuntu! thanks for the help here.
