Help/Support Lost my crates

I purchase three crates the game crash so I started a new profile n I have no crates in my inbox. Can some help me get my crates or at less my profile back please

Not sure how you would lose your game profile after a “crash” or even your loot boxes ... doesn’t make sense. 

Did you craft something that isn’t released in the game? If so that is the reason why your account is lost. 

Secondly if you do make app purchase that must be from the original app and not from the hacked app. I suggest doing it again and use some energy so that your purchases gets registered in your account properly. Next delete the App Store app version and install the modded app. And then open the loot boxes to make them 10000 each.

But when I try to start a new game it keep bring up the same old crash profile. I want the new profile to save on iOS device

You have to use a new Game Center ID.
