Unable to put down radio tower

So whenever I free craft a radio tower and from my bag click on build, it doesn't give me any option to put it down anywhere. Infact in the furniture section it shows up as a white square and also I can't move around any other furniture either until I delete radio tower from my bag. How do I fix this? Should I delete mod from Cydia, place tower and install mod back?

DO NOT CRAFT THE RADIO TOWER! Its not been implemented in the game yet. I’m surprised you are not locked out of your account yet by kefir. Do not craft any unreleased items in your game and equip or build it.

Oh okay!! Well how do I know which items aren't implemented in the game yet as they appear to be available to craft? 

 

P.s I also have the problem of infinite energy so no aid drops etc and my craft points increase when I use them but my coins don't
