Press & hold install/open button of crunchyroll and Manual Install (Advanced)
Copy the Build ID next to 3.6.1 version. Then it will pop up and paste the id

yup that's exactly what I was trying to do. I've downgraded apps before and it shows different versions available for other apps but not for this one. when trying to do the manual install the box to past thew bundle ID isn't popping up

I'll try rebooting and rejailbreaking.
