There’s one for 2.0.3 that has what I want but it’s both locked and outdated.

 

Theres also a save file version however that’s not what I want.

I’d rather have a cheat I can install with a .deb file rather than having to use cydia impactor every 7 days, I’d also prefer to not have god mode and just be able to turn the cheat on and off as I wish, sorry

You do know that you can install hacked ipa with AppSync right
