Help/Support How do you use a hex editor to change the quantity of an inbox item?

TLDR:
I saw it mentioned that you can use a hex editor to edit the number of an item in your inbox, but how do you do that ?

I bought the savings pack with appstore app and opened it with the hacked version, so I've ended up with 9999 savings packs, each containing 8 other packs, all of them playing an animation of 10 sec's or so when opening, I would really like to limit that number before the game goes multiplayer so I dont get banned, but opening them manually would take 28 day's of clicking if you click 8 hours a day, it's a massive task. How can I limit the number to say 20 using a hex editor or similar?
(jailbroken IOS 9.3 - root access from PC)

seems to be possible with gameguardian, still trying to figure out exactly how tho

Try GameGem, GameGuardian only for Android. I donno how it works. Pls post somethings useful if it works!
