Install the deb file with Filza / iGameGod (if you use iGG choose the option normal install). Then use Filza File Manager and navigate to this location

For rootless jailbreak: /var/jb/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ -> Find the cheat name .plist file, open it, change the text "inc" to "bv"

For rootfull jailbreak: Same above, ignore the /var/jb, head straight to /Library/

Don't ask me if you use bootstrap or roothide, never touch it so idk

Also make sure your read instruction I wrote above. Maybe your game bundle id is mismatch since this cheat is only build for USA version
