That's a server sided game. They are usually really rare to hack the in-app purchases. LocalIAPStore and this non-jailbroken hack just "spoof" the purchases on these apps but the data is stored onto the server's database. You'll need SQL injection or "backdoor" to hack it, if it's impossible to hack with iFile. Search on the "Cydia Subtrate Hacks" section maybe they have a hack for your game.
