Can anyone please tell me if there is any possible way to reset the amount of skill points to the normal?

Yes. You have to uninstall the modded app and download the app from App Store. Restore your account using Game Center and when it loads up reset the skill points from your profile icon. It will reset the points back to normal. And then only apply skill points to the one you need and use for crafting. That’s it! You can then install the modded app for further game play
