Help/Support iPhone X - Can't hear phone calls

Hi,

So I'm having issues with my iPhone X where I can't hear people during a call, but if I turn on Speaker I can hear them fine.

I have no idea what the issue is. I don't know if it's the iOS firmware but then again I don't know if it worked before I updated to 11.3.

I'm clueless.

I've had this before. My phone thought my headphone jack was plugged in, but since iPhone X doesn't have a headphone jack..

I've just tried the "Check the receiver" one, and when I try and hear back the audio through the receiver, I can't hear it lol

Fixed it!

I just restarted my phone and it worked lul
